On November 9th several children squealed with delight when they saw a seagull dive above the ship. Not long afterward a sailor cried, "La-a-nd, ho!"
After sixty-five days at sea from Plymouth (a total of ninety-seven days from the first launch at Southhampton), the Pilgrims caught a glimpse of their destination, the new land where God would be worshiped freely and -- in time-- where freedom would flourish.
Shouting for joy and falling to their knees to pray, they celebrated by reading Psalm 100:
Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth.
Serve the LORD with gladness;
Come before Him with joyful singing.
Know that the LORD Himself is God;
It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves;
We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.
His gates with thanksgiving And His courts with praise.
Give thanks to Him, bless His name.
For the LORD is good;
His lovingkindness is everlasting
And His faithfulness to all generations.
Thank the Lord that He has blessed our lives so richly! "This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24

Judah Hezekiah Pancho

We are so blessed for the answered prayer for Judah. We are 31 weeks on Monday. The ultrasound pictures are from 10-21. That is when we found out that we no longer have placenta previa and no gestational diabetes this time had it with Leah. Thank the Lord for that! Judah is doing very well and is healthy.
We have not been out much because we are trying to avoid the H1N1 flu. I am not a fan of flu shots and do not get them or get them for the girls. Leah and I have asthma though and have decided that we should if we can find it. I have been having some trouble with asthma this month but we are all very healthy other wise.
Judah is supposed to come Jan. 11 2010. We have his room all ready and just need a few more things and we are ready to see him. The girls and daddy love to feel him move around. I love it too! Thank you Lord for our beautiful kids!

Fall Days

Blessed by our Fall days. After a long morning of school we went for a hike. We are so blessed by the place God has allowed us to live. In the woods the girls gathered things to make a stick and rock house. We got back to the house and they played in the leaves and built the house. Worked out great because they found three caterpillars and the stick and rock house became a playground for them. The girls had lots of fun.
Then we went in and papa came up to make more jelly from the grapes from the garden. The girls watch Bolt and we got all jelly made.
Back to more school. Then after baths we made popcorn balls and watch a little cartoon in mom and dads bed. Always a treat for the girls.
Off to bed for the girls and Peter and I watched Luther the movie to celebrate Reformation Day. We are thankful to have the Word of God and our family. Blessed are our days, each one!
